Folkware Dinner Set

Focusing on the importance of handwork and craft along with Bernard Leach's philosophy that ceramic goods should be representative of the area it was created in this dinner set was born. The plants painted are native to Colorado (Blue spruce, ponderosa pine, cottonwood, and juniper) and have complex root structures, my roots are here in this state and this is created to help those roots flourish and spread with the simple yet intimate act of eating.
